Remember that the ceremony in the church will start at exactly 18:00, so please be there in advance.

To everybody, UPDATE!
On the 17th of July we can all meet both Bolivians, Danes and other nationalities to get to know eachother before the wedding. So please join us that day to party with us.
UPDATE HERE: We will meet in Malegria at 9:00 pm (opens at 9 pm. so therefore the update) to have pizza and then later it will become a discotheque/bar. It is a great place to go out and dance and they have a lot of drinks and beers.
To get there ask the taxi to bring you to "Pasaje Medinacelli" and then ask for Malegria. It is close to Plaza Avaroa.

Der bliver holdt polterabend for baade paola og mig i aften her i bolivia. Alle Paolas venner og veninder kommer med. Weather in La Paz
After staying a couple of days in La Paz, I feel pretty sure to tell how the weather is like here.
During the day it can be very warm outside in the sun, which is very strong. The UV-indeks at dmi.dk shows that UV-radiation lies in the very high intensity area. Thus it is recommended that everyone brings a high factor sun creme.
In the nights it gets cold outside, and since you cannot expect heating inside houses (or non-five star hotels), you should also bring warm sweaters. Further when staying inside during the day it is cold, since houses never really get warmed up by the sun.
The weather forecast for La Paz, El Alto can be checked here. Note that it is a little warmer in La Paz, because it lies around 500 meter below El Alto which is situated 4000 meters above sea leve.

We arrived yesterday to Bolivia at 20:00 local time after an exhausting 40 hours travel. Here we will put some information regarding our travel, since quite a lot of you will do the same trip, or may otherwise benefit from our experiences. The information will be in Danish, however may the need arise for an English version please let us know.
Generelt var der ikke store problemer paa vores rejse. Flyene afgik og ankom planmaessigt hele vejen, og Alitalias service var bestemt bedre end man kunne forvente af et selskab taet paa fallit. Nedenunder har vi lavet en liste over vigtigte informationer. Fjerde information vedroerer alle.

- Foerste vigtige information som nok specifikt henvender sig til jer, der foelger noejagtig samme rute som os. Det viser sig, at det ikke er muligt at checke in hele vejen til La Paz, men kun til Buenos Aires. Det betyder, at man skal checke ud i lufthavnen i Buenos Aires. Det er er ganske simpelt. Man skal udfylde et indrejsepapir, svarende til det man udfylder for at komme til USA. Disse aflveres ved paskontrollen og man kommer uden problemer igennem.
- Man skal betale 2 x lufthavnsskat pr. person i lufthavnen i Buenos Aires. Dette blev vi meget overraskede over. Det foerste beloeb betaler man til Aerosur ved check-in, hvorefter man faar udleveret sit boarding card. Med det i haanden kan man nu betale sin anden lufthavnsskat. Det samlede beloeb pr. person er 28 USD. Det viste sig, at de opstillede VISA automater ikke virkede, og derfor maatte vi gaa til en dyr vekselerer for at faa dollars. Derfor medbring USD, saa I kan betale skatten.
- Vi skulle skifte fly i Santa Cruz. Dette er der dog tid til, saa ingen grund til panik, men dog ganske irriterende at skulle skifte fly endnu engang, saa langt henne paa rejsen. For at kunne skifte fly skulle vi begge igennem paskontrollen, hvor det igen var paakraevet at udflyde indrejsepapirer.
- Denne information gaelder alle og er vedr. indrejsepapiret til Bolivia. Papiret man udfylder bestaar af to dele. Den oeverste del benyttes ved indrejse, mens man selv beholder den nederste del, som vises ved udrejse. Derfor vigtigt: Opbevar denne nederste del sikkert evt. sammen med passet! Paa indrejsepapiret skal man bl.a. udfylde adressen, hvor man opholder sig i Bolivia. Kender I den ikke, kan I evt. benytte Paolas foraeldres adresse, som er: Cota-Cota, Calle 28, Pasaje "D", No. 30, La Paz.
